“Ex City" has been continuously carrying out itsactivity in the construction sector since 2010. At the initial stage, thecompany executed interior reconstruction works. Interior finishing of dozens offacilities that meet the Eurodesign quality requirements has been performed. At present,the company is engaged in construction activity. It has a track record ofdozens of completed and ongoing orders, including multifamily housing complexesand private residential houses, various functional buildings and facilitiesboth in Tbilisi, as well as in different regions of Georgia.

The company is staffed by experienced engineering andtechnical personnel, performing general construction and installation works,interior finishing, as well as installation of utilities and engineeringnetworks.

Founded by the "Ex City" constructioncompany team, the "Ex City Development", being a development companyoperating in the construction development sector since 2018, was involved inthe construction of one of the hugest projects in the capital, a newdistrict  – Green Urban Lisi. The companyensures the construction and arrangement of multifamily /multi-functionalresidential and non-residential buildings and the outer areas thereof.
